The Hunger Project
I travelled through Mexico, Bolivia and Peru with photographer Mike Skelton on a photo expedition for The Hunger Project. We travelled with activists from El Projecto Hambre, ACLO and other organisations to remote communities that were being transformed, not by The Hunger Project staff but by the people in the communities themselves, empowered by their involvement with The Hunger Project. It was an amazing experience. Upon our return an exhibition of portraits was held in various cities in Australia to raise awareness and funds for The Hunger Project Australia.
